This is an incredible milestone and a reflection of the hours of learning, practical umpiring, dedication and commitment each of these girls has put into developing their skills. Becoming a badged umpire takes time, resilience and a genuine passion for our game, and we couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve achieved.
A very special shoutout to Ella Chivers, who has made history by becoming the youngest umpire to achieve a JA Badge at HDNA, accomplishing the milestone at just 11 years old.🌟 What an outstanding achievement and one to be incredibly proud of!
